• Spurius: He owns a mosaic business and Felix and Petrus work for him.
• Flavia: She´s Spirius´s daughter and she´s in love with one of this workers.
• Felix: He´s Spurius´s slave, and he designs and makes mosaics.
• Petrus: He´s a freed man who Works for Spirius and makes mosaic.
• Cassia: She´s Spurius´s wife. she´s often angry whit her husband
• Rectina: She sleeps through a small earthquake
• Bassus:  He comes back home drunk after the earthquake
• Agathe: She Works in Bassus´s house as a slave
• Festus: He´s Bassus´s friend and help him to find the mosaic
• Alcander: He´s Agathe´s brother and other slave
